We offer free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of GHS 800 (merchandise subtotal excludes store pick up items; merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, before gift wrap charges, and after any discounts or coupons). We do not currently ship to countries outside Ghana.
Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor may have longer delivery lead times.
The cost for shipping is based upon dimensions, weight, and shipping destination. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order.
Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. The carrier may leave the package, if they feel it is safe, in locations such as patio, garage and any exterior doors. If you are not home, and it is determined unsafe to leave the package, you will be responsible for all shipping and storage fees (cancellation & restocking fees).
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to receive your delivery. Also, please note that once your delivery is schedule and confirmed, if you are not home to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping and storage fees (cancellation & restocking fees).

Within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, if you notice missing or damaged parts, contact a customer service representative using our "contact us" form here to let us know. We will work with you to get replacement parts or repairs.
Additional charges and fees may apply for circumstances outside of the parameters listed above, including but not limited to invalid phone numbers; invalid emails; invalid addresses; gated communities.
Minime Mothercare reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
