free standard shipping on orders over GHS 1000

We offer free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of GHS 1000 (merchandise subtotal excludes store pick up items; merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, before gift wrap charges, and after any discounts or coupons). We do not currently ship to countries outside Ghana.

Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.


The cost for shipping is based upon dimensions, weight, and shipping destination. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order.

Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, and it is determined unsafe to leave the package, you will be responsible for all shipping and storage fees (cancellation & restocking fees).

Accepting your delivery

Someone over the age of 18 must be present to receive your delivery. Also, please note that once your delivery is schedule and confirmed, if you are not home to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping and storage fees (cancellation & restocking fees).

While the delivery person is present:

  • Open and inspect the item(s).
  • For any damage (even minimal), call us +233 24 402 3326 immediately to report any defects or damages.

Additional charges and fees may apply for circumstances outside of the parameters listed above, including but not limited to invalid phone numbers; invalid emails; invalid addresses; gated communities.

Minime Mothercare reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within one business days.

Minime Mothercare is not responsible for loss or damage to items occurring after delivery by the carrier to you.
